My name is Steve and I have been working and studying in the sports and fitness industry for about 10 years now. I have a Masters degree in Sports Science and Performance Coaching and have used this platform to further my interest in Strength and Conditioning. For the past year I have been working with a wide variety of athletes at Solent University covering everything from Golf to Wheelchair racing. I helped to provide S and C sessions with the aim of enhancing physical performance in their sport. I love all things sport myself and I am so excited to be launching Positive Impact Performance!
