Strength and Conditioning (or S and C) is the process of continued physical improvement with the goal of improving sports performance. It encompasses all aspects of training for a particular sport including: injury prevention and return to play after injury, speed, agility, strength, explosive movements and fitness to name a few. To keep it simple it all comes under one banner; training!
